How do i install vtiger and how do i make it work with vicidial. Client wants CRM to display data of the previous call. For example agent1 takes a call and is asked to call back after 2 days, after 2days we call now we need pop-up to inform us of the call back. Can vtiger be used with vicidial to do this

The VICIDIAL integration with vtiger currently does not work that way, it only will do a popup of a vtiger entry(or create a new record).

Integrating log records between the two applications will be quite complex and take a while to complete. Most companies have just used the existing integration and just used the notes and information in the vtiger system.
