Broadcast to voicemail?

It is possible to broacast calls to voicemail cellphones and not ring them?

I have heard that with some carriers there are ways of doing this, but I have never set this up.

It should be possible if your cellphone networks have the functionality. In South Africa we can do that because we just add a code "131" in front of the number and it then takes you directly to voicemail.
