Forum Private Messaging to be disabled 2008-12-05

Due to a new SPAM bot that has been filling up our Private Messaging inboxes with sex SPAM, we will be disabling private messaging on the system at the end of the week.
It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but there is no easy fix for this and the forum software doesn't allow for any filtering of PMing ability or messaging as it does with posting to the forums. Also, this is using up a tremendous amount of space on our web server since the SPAM bot is messaging many times per mailbox for every member of the forum.
