Ok so i've been asked to see if its possible to do the following:
VICIDIAL call's a number that results in a NO ANSWER. Lead recycle is setup to redial this number in 2 hours. After the 2nd NO ANSWER, we would like to push the callback off to a predetermined time later in the evening as its obvious the lead is not at home? I know we can just leave it to be hit every 2 hours as normal, any idea's on this possible process?
Matt if this will require custom programming lets chat off list?
