Basic question, can someone tell me what the difference between LIVE and ACTIVE (under STATUS) is pertaining to the CALLBACK HOLD LISTINGS.

Thanks in advance

ACTIVE means that the callback is set and has not been triggered. LIVE means that it has been triggered.

Thanks

Click:
Remove LIVE Callbacks older than one week for this campaign

and get:
user group(*******) callback listings LIVE for more than one month have been made INACTIVE

Just double checking... if a callback is listed in the database as inactive and CALLBK is in dial status will it take the leads from the users and bleed them back into the campaign?
I'm doing like a lot of people and trying to release callbacks from users that are no longer in the system but we keep their user ID in the system for 3 months for stat verification on pay. I jump into the table vicidal_callbacks and mark all the ones I want released as recipient : ANYONE and status : INACTIVE
Correct?

If you want the leads back in the campaign, you must change their status to a "dialable" status. Changing that status based on a "condition" in sql (such as "inactive" over XX days ...) will allow you to push them back to the general leads to be dialed.
