Ok i've been trying to understand just how truly the dialplan's work and I think i've figured everything out except the numbers and letters at the end of the "exten".

Like someone suggest this for gafachi at one point

;exten => _X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@gafachi,70,Ttor)

and then i've seen people suggest

;exten => _X.,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@gafachi,55,To)

So whats the change with 70 versus 55 and Ttor versus To?

Thanks guys.

70 and 55 are the dial timeouts. "To" is for caller transfer and original CallerID, while "Ttor" is for any party transfer, original callerID and provide ringing.
