How can i configure audiocode in asterisk/vicidial. If i want to run vicidial with audiocode how can i do that.

Is your AudioCodes working now with Asterisk?

If so what do the channels sho up as in Asterisk?

Have you contacted the company you purchased the device from or AudioCodes perhaps for setup and configuration help?

I have someone who is using AudioCode with Asterisk.

He was asking whether Vicidial will work with AudioCode and if so, what configuration are required inside vicidial Configuration ?

Any Suggestions ?

I assume the question the OP is *actually* asking here is "how do I get Asterisk/VD to dial out through an Audiocodes FXO gateway?"

Of course, he could be asking "how do I connect agent phones to an Asterisk/VD box through an Audiocodes FXS gateway?"

In either case, though, the answer is "make Asterisk talk SIP to the gateway box".
