problem with predictive

Hello,
We use vicidial 2.05 and asterisk 1.2 when we use predictive the call is established but when the client answer the call asterisk hangup it automatically
this is our log:

I don't see the 'o' flag on your Dial command, this is a requirement.

When we use predictive the call is established but the agents connected to the campaigns does not receive call
how can I do

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?

What instrutions did you use to set up your system?

hello, thanks for your response
I do it all and i install vicidial from scratch install and now I correctly install it the predictive work but I have a problem with the call. we receive only 1 correct call per 5calls
when call is established the client can't listen our agent. but agent correctly listen to client
we use sip trunk with nat active only for the trunk, the agents have nat=never in sip.conf. we use g729 for the trunk and ulaw fror agents. we have a dual core xeon 1.86 ghz with 2gb of ram we use centos 5 and vicidial 2.0.5 and asterisk 1.2.30
for manual manager I have only the downloadable version from your site because I'm from tunisia and we can't do an international paiment with credit card to buy the original version

Have you tried other carriers?

audio issues like the one you mention are often caused by networking and firewall issues.

As for the manuals, we take moneybookers.com and western union, both of while usually work from your country.

i would also recommend another carrier. you may find out that it is your firewall or carrier, but changing carrier will generally prove the point (if you change carriers, and the problem persists, it's likely your firewall). you can also try a friend with their own server (free to call a friend with an asterisk server).
