Release Candidate 1 for 2.0.5.1 released

We have made several bug fixes to the 2.0.5 branch of the code and now have released our first release candidate for 2.0.5.1:

Here's the list of changes:

- Fixed voicemail.conf and auto-generated voicemail issue, check the
docs/conf_examples/voicemail.conf.sample file for changes

- Fixed manual dial logging bug in agent screen

- Fixed security bug when non-latin system setting is enabled

- Fixed bug in AST_VDadapt.pl script that would skew results for blended
campaigns

- Fixed transfer bug where inbound or auto calls received after placing a
manual call would not transfer

- Updated Ubuntu install instructions



In keeping with our branch rules, we do not alter the database schema at all once we branch off the code, so no database updates necessary when you install this code on top of a 2.0.5 release install.

does this mean 2.0.5 is retired, or are we still "bug fixing" it in SVN?

If there are horribly critical bugs they will probably be patched, but officially 2.0.5 branch is no longer supported.

The 2.2 branch was started in January and is very stable and I would recommend that anyone still running 2.0.5 upgrade to 2.2.1 release.
