PSJUA and queXS: can they be useful?

I've found those two project

Can be useful in any way for Vicidial Project? Any good idea?

I'm working on a project using this software. I'll report any progress. I haven't got into the install yet, so I'm not sure how it would integrate with Vicidial. I may get our consultant in on it.
