lack of good internet - having vicidial call my agent

Im looking to have vicidial call my agent on the landline phone to enter into the conference.

Im aware it will double the cost of calls as it will be making a call the whole time there on the dialler but this isnt an issue

I dont have any experience in this area but if someone could point me into the right direction or even tell me what its called when the dialler is set up like this I would be very greatful

To do this you would just set up an EXTERNAL phone entry and use the phone number of the agent as the dialplan number. This is covered as a tutorial in the ViciDial Manager Manual.
