Agent can login through cell phone or POTs

Hi All,

Is it possible in vicidial that agent can login in agent portal ie. agc and then call should come on its mobile???

So once he start autodial and then go away from desk with his cell then he can talk with customers from cell phone or just like that?

I am just thinking this way, if current version or small modifications in it can help it then what should be the modifications and where?

Can anyone please guide me?

This is referred to as "Remote Agents" in ViciDial, there are a couple sections detailing how they workin the Manager Manual.
