hello
Please what means closer campaigns and what difference between closer and blended campaigns

They are the same thing. They both mean being able to take inbound/closer calls.

Vicidial has the following campaigns, although the first one is the default so you cannot really set it up in Admin pages.
Fronter: Fronter campaigns are basically where the dialer dials out and connects calls to live agents. The agent then disposes the call and hangs up with customer. This is the most basic type of campaign and is the default.
Closer: Closer campaigns start out as a Fronter campaign, but before the agent disposes a call, they have the opportunity to transfer the call to another agent. This is common in campaigns wehre a verification officer might be used for confirming customer information.
Blended: Blended campaigns allow an agent to receive calls from a DID (inbound) and make outbound calls (outbound) in the same sessions. THis can be used for inbound campaigns where agnet utilization might be low and you want to maximize agent usage by making outbound sales calls during slow periods.
