Autodialing way above normal levels

I just migrated from 1.1.11 to 1.1.12 and noticed that with an autodial level of 1, with just one agent logged in, it now is dialing 10 calls per agent, leading to a large number of dropped calls. This didn't happen in the previous version...any idea where to look for a weird setting or something I missed in the upgrade? Dialing and transfer to agents all look good, it is just too aggressive for a setting of 1...
