A lot of people here are from Cebu, hence I need to ask this question.
whats the best ISP is there for a call center in that area?

im from cebu....
that would be pldt or globe....
alsmot all call centers here, has two ISPs globe and pldt

How about Bayantel? Their service is good here in Manila.

most SMEs here use bayantel as it is cheap and reliable.
for some reason though, most call centers use either globe or pldt.
no offense to globe, but i really think their support sucks.
sometimes here in my center, the internet goes down for like 15 mins. and by the time i contact them its already up and they would would usually say:
"i checked with our system, and it shows that its up and doesn't have a problem."
sadly we don't have backup internet connection yet, which usually is the SOP in call centers.
