Phone number contacted in web form submit

Hi savvy guys


I got a problem where I kindly request your guidance.

The operators at an outbound campaign might call more than one phone number for the same record/lead then right after the call is finished they dispose and click the web form submit link which in turn among other things sends the disposition and the following parameters:

P5=--A--phone_number--B--
P6=--A--alt_phone--B--
P7=--A--address3--B--

The problem is that I don't know what phone number corresponds to the disposition made. P5?, P6? or P7? since I always receive those values but I don't know from my CRM standpoint of view what phone number I held the last conversation.

is there a parameter available somewhere suitable for this case?

We've fixed this in SVN trunk, there are now dialed_number and dialed_label fields that tell you what number was called and whether it was the MAIN, ALT, ADDR3, X1, XLAST...
