I have noticed but i was not able to find OSDIAL forum. Can you tell me the link of osdial forum.

There is no OSDial forum that I know of, not many people use OSDial, it is a fork of ViciDial 2.0.4 from 2007. Why don't you try installing ViciDial instead?
We have 2 different ISO install images you can try and there is a lot of free support for help in ViciDial here on the ViciDial forums.
