Calls today does not add up with dropped and answered calls
Posted: Wed Oct 07, 2009 7:08 pm"Calls today" does not add up with dropped and answered calls, but the "REAL TIME STATS" displays more calls than the addition of both dropped and answered calls, what are the rest of the calls categorized as if not dropped or answered
