If I am creating my lists based on City is there a way to have it randomly call the different cities between calls, currently it appears to only be dialing the first list (being City, A) How do I get it, it to randomly call different cities? Is this possible?

Try using "UP LAST NAME" or "DOWN LAST NAME" for yout list order in your campaign modification screen and you should get a fairly even spread overall. If you have last names in your lists that is.
