Hello all

I use at the call center softphones and usb headsets all in Windows computers but I'd like to switch to Linux clients.

what has been your experience with them.
which is better in terms of quality usb or jack headsets?
how difficult is to configure them in a linux client? because I've tried to use some usb headsets in Linux but can't get them recognized by the CPU.

Rgds

We have several clients using Ubuntu Linux with Zoiper and Logitech USB headsets. They work great.

as long as your USB is working the rest is usually not difficult.
