Why Install Date shows the CD writing date and NOT the Original Installation date ?

probly cuz noone found it necessary to make that sql line entry dynamic to show "today's date" during installation. so it's hard coded into the sql tables that are loaded during install.

Because vicidialNOW sets up it's database using a prepopulated one rather than creating a fresh database and inserting the data. Thus the update statement that updates the install date was run when they created the prepopulated version and not when you did the install.
