transferring live calls to local agent

hi there,
can we do live call transferring to local agents as well transferring the customer details( of pop up screen) to the transferred agent? The call should be handed by agent if the agent is free else need to move into queue.

I believe there is an Option as CXFER . You need to check the manual.

But agent needs to be logged in as Inbnd Agent.

Outbnd agent cannot take the transfer !!

In 2.2.0 we removed the need for CXFER and have added a CONSULTATIVE checkbox in the agent screen.
