Successful Call Center Testing..

Just an FYI after months of work, troubleshooting, custom coding, yadda yadda yadda I had 12 agents come in to test the system today and it performed wonderfully..

We launch monday...


Few things that I need to fix..

Server performance reports shows nothing, any idea what I should look into for this?

server performance is not on by default. You need to change the SYSPERF variable to "1" at the top of the AST_update.pl script for it to start collecting system stats.

Let us know how it goes when you run in production.

Today tested VERY good, had lots of miscellaneous nitpicks but got past all of those..
