Hi,im having vici/asterisk-database setup and getting all callbacks declined on my vicidial agents interface when they dial even i will not used my agent interface only the softphones(eyebeam-dial 91+ no.) still get declined calls..
and also

can you paste asterisk console log?
what codec your provider supports?
if they support only g723/g729 the make sure you have those codec installed.
