We have finished the 2.2.0 ViciDial Manager and Agent Manuals and they are now available for purchase at http://www.vicidial.org/store.php

This release of the manager manual is 206 pages with several new Tutorials as well as descriptions of the new features available in to soon-to-be-released 2.2.0 version of ViciDial.

The new Agent manual is now 34 pages, with information about new features and several additional screenshots.

Companies with active download accounts can download their updates now.

The free sample versions of both manuals have also been updated to 2.2.0 versions.

I bought the user and admin manuals around 6 or 7 months ago, and the webpage says i'm able to download any updates for 12 months but i don't know how to do so.

Can anyone help me with the procedure to do this.

You use the URL, login and passcode that you were sent in that original email when you bought the manuals. If you bought them 6 months ago you would have also been emailed them again when the updates were released in January and March.
