Question about updating a crm

I would like to update a crm each time i make a phone call in vicidial. Can anybody point me to the code in vicidial where i would attempt this modification? I have the necessary api info for the other crm

check in detail view of the campaign at the bottom and u can set certain dispo's as well by typing "ALT" in the dispo area like u see below:
