new astGUIclient snapshot 2006-06-08

Time for another snapshot of the astGUIclient-VICIDIAL project code.

The fixes/additions for this snapshot since the last one include:
- Fixed multiple CLOSER-BLENDED campaigns and stats
- Added instructions fo app_conference use
- Created a simple weekly agent time sheet generation application
- A few updates to some of the alternate language builds

Please download it and try it out. make sure you update the SQL with
the upgrade_1.1.12.sql statements if upgrading from 1.1.11 release and
read the README file for another important step for upgraders.
