Hi at all
I have one question, i'd like to know why is it necessary send phone login/password to the system and what is their functionalities? These 2 field are necessary?

You can change a setting in the agc/options.php file to allow the system to take the phone login and pass from the user record instead of taking it from the user as they login.

Thanks for your reply,but i can't find any variable that will let me do this.
the only variable that does something like this is:
$user_login_first = '0'; # set to 1 to have the vicidial_user login before the phone login

Only if it is not filled in in the agent's user settings.
