New ViciDial Development Twitter account and Google+ account

We will be posting updates for all of the development we are doing to SVN trunk on this twitter account so we can get the word out to have people test the new and exciting(and some quite boring) new features as we add them to ViciDial.

it's active, and I just posted to it tonight (2.2.0rc8 release) but this new one is for development stuff only.
