Since zipcodes are added every month there are probably several that we are missing at any given time.

What source are you using to get this information?

How did you find out about this, is there a list you are getting this from or is this only one zipcode confirmed by a client directly?

you should consider uploading a newer version of the list (it is in every download of vicidial, later versions have later lists).

remember that area codes and zip codes are added by phone companies/postal office all the time. Vicidial does not "reach out and update this daily". If you want an Up To Date listing you can either pay for it, or settle for the one that loads with each new version of Vicidial.

Also remember that Vicidial, during load, will use zip code first and if it fails to match it will use the area code (in conjunction with the country code, I believe) to match. Most of the time the area/country is good enough. So one is a mere "catch all" for the other. A new zip code being added is not likely to cause a "wrong" time zone unless you don't have good matches in your area code OR unless you have a very old copy of Vicidial (in which case you should download the latest version and "borrow" the area/zip code references).
