how to make new added field visible on agent Interface

hi
i have added new field like DOB in a text box and Process(IDEA,AIRTEL) in a dropdownlist.but these are not showing on Agent Interface .i have change Query file vdc_db_query and vicidial.php accordingly to it.

please help me how can i make these field visible on agent interface..

You should really use the existing custom fields features to do this. Adding fields to the general customer information frame needs to be done in over a dozen places in several different scripts and is difficult to maintain.
