Hi, we have a requirment to have Vicidial integrate with Active directory of Microsoft.
Bassically agents will have domain login id & password so when they login to Vicidial same user name password needs to be used as it will give a option of agents to remember only one login credentials.

There is currently no method for doing that in Vicidial, and unless you can export usernames/passwords from your Active Directory system to then sync with vicidial in a batch process then it would require a lot of code changes to integrate a modular authentication system into Vicidial.

Have a look at OpenID and various methods using LDAP. Vicidial uses a simple user/pass logon. Once you have mastered Active Directory Integration with Linux in any way, adding Vicidial to the mix will be simple.
