is agi-VDADfixCXFER.agi still used and what is it for?

i was trying to clean up the dialplans a little and i keep seeing this but never see it execute. i read int here that it fixes the live agent table. at what point would this get executed and is it still used?

It's supposed to run for certain consultative transfers. Honestly I haven't look at at it much in years.
