[SOLVED]Change default disposition in vicidial agent

Hi all,

exist one mode for change or remove the default disposition of calls from agents form. I know can insert other state but i need to remove the default and keep only two disposition state.
anyone have idea?

You need to give a lot more details on exactly what you want to change.

ok,

i need to remove all default disposition in the view of disposition call of agent, ther are a lot of dispo state doesn't use and then i want to remove these for limit human error.
So i want to create only two state SALE and NO ANSW for agent view when call hangup.

i hope i'm more clear.

That is all configurable in the admin web screens, there is no need to program anything.

ok,

where in the web screens, because i found only campaign state but these are for the dialing

ok i found in system statuses and i deselected "agent selecteble" column from the other state.
