Dear Friends,

i have all the soundboards, html front page, i dont know the next step to configure avatar setup, where i can play the audio pitch files by pressing buttons from the webpage,

can anyone guide me with what are settings need to be done and is there any other additional softwares do i need to install ?

Otherwise you should be looking at the http://vicidial.org/docs/AGENT_API.txt to start and stop audio files in a current active call.
audio_playback - basic play/pause/resume/stop/restart audio in agent session

The VICIdial Agent Audio Soundboard is now included in the VICIdial codebase, just upgrade your system, activate the feature in System Settings, and you've got it.
