Hi All,
I have installed Vicidial 2.14-617a with Asterisk 1.8 and MySql 5.7.
I have enabled schedule callbacks and set Scheduled Callbacks Days Limit = 90.
Scheduled Callbacks Useronly Move Minutes = 1
My callbacks are being arranged with any agent of that campaign after 1 minute has passed and USERONLY is converted to ANYONE.
I want my callbacks to arrange to that particular agent only who has scheduled it.
How can I achieve this?
Please correct me if I am wrong somewhere in configuration or something is needed to configure.

If you want the callbacks to go to only the agent that set them, why did you enable the anyone conversion set at one minute?

Hi,
Because Schedule callbacks are not working whose recipient is USERONLY. They are not inserted in vicidial_hopper.
The only recipient with ANYONE is being picked from vicidial_callbacks and inserted in Vicidial_hopper.

That's not how USERONLY callbacks work. The agent has to select to take them. Only ANYONE callbacks are put into the hopper. If a lead is put into the hopper, it cannot be reserved for only one agent.

Suppose i want to initiate auto callback to that specific agent only. Is it possible?

That is not currently a feature, and it would not be an easy one to add.
