vicidial configuration

hello to all the vicidial team is a big merxi for this gifts
I use version 2.14-766a
Build: 200816-0912
I installed asterisk 13.14.1
After the installation I create an agent, a campaign, but I can't create a lead and add a phone
When I create a lead I am told error went to see the previous configuration and when adding the phone I fill in all the fields and I save and I am told phone added but I do not see it at the platform level

this isnt the right place to post this type of question, it would be in the support area for future reference, first lets start by asking how you installed asterisk 13.14.1 which doesnt come with the version you mentioned? I am going to assume this is some sort of scratch installation and that the error lies in your my.cnf file for mysql if thats the case.
