2 out of 5 times when i do leave 3way both people get disconnected. What do i have to do in order to trace this issue.. and what scritps or parts of vicidial have to do with this ? this issue has been going on forever.. can this be caused because the apache server asterisk server and database server are seperated? i made sure the time is perfectly synced on all 3 servers.

Not sure this is really a development post.

leave 3way is not entirely reliable on systems that have moderate to high traffic. On systems with low traffic it usually runs reliably. I am looking into changing how the feature works in a future release.
