I'm interested in developing some type of reporting system for vicidial project. the problem is, I don't know anything about how vicidial works with the database or if there is any way to interact directly with the application. to more specific: I don't know any thing about the platform.
So I was wondering:
is there any project doing this already?
where can i find documentation describing the DB schema?
any lead on this will be greatly appreciated.
