suggestions for reports (possible bug!)

in both AST_agent_performance_detail.php and AST_agent_performance.php

the reports are group by full_name.. now if i for exmaple by accidnet put the same full name as someone else or two peopel with different usernames have the same first name and only use the first name.. the stats get combined which is bad.. i suggest to group them by user_id..

Thanks for the note, I have fixed it in my working copies and they should be committed tonight.
