Adding DNCL entries in bulk.

I'm running ViciDial VERSION: 2.0.4-122. At this time, when we have to add a number to our Do-Not-Call-List, I have to add it via the "Add Number To DNC" function in the "Lists" module or via the agent call codes function. Canada's CRTC has recently made it mandatory to abide by the National Do-Not-Call-List which calls for us to purchase a yearly subscription which gives us monthly CSV downloads of newly added consumers on the DNCL. Right now, my only option is to add number by number. Has anyone figured out a way to add DNCL numbers in bulk? Or can this be done?
