n all report generation n all stuff should be done by crm r by sm other app

Most CRM systems cannot handle the volume of leads that VICIDIAL can handle. Vtiger is only suggested to handle 100,000 leads at the most before it becomes quite slow. VICIDIAL can handle millions of leads at once.

I just added Vtiger -> VICIDIAL daily lead synchronization to SVN trunk this afternoon.
As for what CRM to use, what are your needs?
What do you need the CRM for?
How many accounts/leads will you have in total?

We want to integrate with CRM, where a customer can update the data after getting the details from the customer. their are approx. 50 fields needs to confirm with customer. and we want the same lead/ data to be apper infront of the customer, to whome our agent is talking with.
In short the dialed number will pop up the details infront of the agent. and he can confirm the missing fields with customer.
Is it possible with vtiger ? or I have to integrate it with in house CRM.?

The SVN trunk version is working with Vtiger right now, take a look at the docs/VTIGER.txt file for more info.

see wht i want is i want vtigercrm edit lead page shld instead of vicidial custmerinfo details
means in none frame vicidial manual dial|pause etc button shld be the & in other frame vicidial edit page of vtiger crm shld be there with respect to perticular lead!!!!!!!
