vic is hard for clients to use can you add a all in 1 screen

Vicidial seems hard for our client to use, Can you add a all in one screen to display pertinant info and tools for a call centers.
So I would like 1 screen that has, call status,transfer capabilities dispostions, notes, login in, etc,,, Just he info I want on one screen for the client to use. This would hopefully simplify the system
