Average Wait time between calls per interval

Hi everybody


There is a metric called avg wait time inside the Outbound calling report which is useful however I would like to have it also per 15 minutes interval,

so I'm wondering if you guys could point me to the proper tables to accomplish this.

any other suggestion is also very welcome.

The vicidial_agent_log will have that information.
