List Mix issue

Its the general query, as i test it on on Goautodial / vicidial / vicibox ( all versions ) without any extra hardware, only SIP , Single server.
all installation with iso images.


VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

When I choose the list mix, e.g list id 23 and list id 24, but when one of them list contacts / phone numbers ends, my server stop dialling the leads.
I have choosed different list mix orders also like Random etc.

Please advise, how to troubleshoot.

don't use list mix. it's an advanced feature that allows for "micro-management" at its worst. you're going to dial ALL the leads in the list. how you mix them is over-thinking it and prejudging your leads. call 'em all, sell 'em all. skip the prioritization. LOL

That being said, the hopper script can be run with --debugX and you may or may not find an error during the run. But you are using a VERY old version of Vicidial. Your best bet would be to upgrade to the latest version as even this little-used feature is likely to have had many fixes since your revision level.

Whats an alternative, I hve to mix 2 or 3 list and then dial.

As i stated above, I tried it on vicibox also, which updates the latest astguiclient, but the issue still persist.

My client complained today about the issue that the hopper becomes empty when a list in the list mix is empty.
please help me to sort it out.
