Hi
Every one,
i am new to this vicidial group,
In our center our agents are complaining that calls are hang up in middle of the call in outbound campaign.
help me in resolving the problem, and even i am not sure whether its a dialler problem or voip problem.

please try to post your installation method as well.
if you're using x-lite, it has a ... feature? ... yep, let's call it that:
Options -> Advanced -> Network -> Call Inactivity -> UNCHECK "In times of network disruption ..."
