Changing USERONLY to ANYONE callback

I have a campaign that has a lot of USERONLY CBHOLD's of users that are not active in the system anymore. So i opened up all these callbacks via the Lead modify screen and clicked the button CHANGE TO ANYONE CALLBACK for each of them.

The problem is that they are not loaded into the hopper although CALLBK is a dial status. If i look in the vicidial_callbacks table i can see callbacks with LIVE status, their callback time has expired and the recipient is ANYONE. Why are they not changed in the vicidial list accordingly to CALLBK status? Is there a script i can run manually to do this?

what status do they have now, if it isn't CALLBK? CBHOLD?

CBHOLD

We ended up changing their status in vicidial_list via a query. I think there is a bug or intentional feature that if you change a callback from USERONLY to ANYONE in the lead modify screen and the callback date is already in the past then they won't get changed to CALLBK in the vicidial_list.

so ... create a script to detect that in sql and run it every 5 minutes (or at the end of the script that converts from user to any). :)
