No voice transfer

Hi all,

i have installed vici box 5.0 and i have configured two x-lite soft phones that are configured.
I am able to make call between them and when i answer i can not hear nothing.
No firewalls on pc's.

I even try to configure sip.conf and extensions.conf with basic configuration(only two phones and in dial plan with answer and hangup applications)
and no sound is transferd.

i am new in pbx world and i suppose it is something stupid but i can not solved this on my own ?

maybe a headset issue or misconfiguration on the softphone headset connection? try using an IP phone, make a call between two IP phones. or since there is an available zoiper in IOS try installing them to ur IOS devices. it works!
