Setup Conference Bridge

I want to know if this is possible with Vici, and if so, how to go about it.

I want to create somewhat of a conference bridge, where multiple users can call a phone number, input a pin number(if possible), and all be connected to each other. I know there are tons of free versions of this out there, but is this something Vici can do or would it take a lot of work and effort to do something like this?
