Recording Files not Correct

Hi Guys

I am having issues with one of my customers systems.

We have enabled call recording but for some reason the files are not being named correctly.

We are seeing files like this

1379357822-Local-58600066@default-6a10,1-all.mp3

Also it is not storing the location in the records so the recordings can be accessed from admin.

Any ideas?

Check your asterisk version on the Servers page.

Thanks Matt.

Would never have thought to check that.

Although the dialer is running a recent Vicibox the database is from an old install, about 3-4 year old now and thats something that I have never changed.
